Actas-archief
Wat je bereikt: elk ondertekend wedstrijdformulier van je competities binnen enkele seconden gevonden, het zegel gecontroleerd, en de pdf — of een hele reeks als ZIP — op je computer.
Vereisten: je hoort bij de staf van je bond (zie Staf & verificatie), en er is minstens één wedstrijdformulier afgesloten in een van je competities (Scheidsrechters & digitaal wedstrijdformulier).

In the Competition Manager, open Actas.
Every competition is recorded on its federation's official form: seven for beach, thirteen for indoor.
They look alike… so let's play spot the difference!
The FIVB beach sheet: service order, a forty-four point ladder, the technical time-out.
The Balearic A2 adds a column for ball-mark checks… and a medical chart.
Its one-set version fits on one page.
The four-player version adds a coach.
And the Canary winter circuit? One set to twenty-one, no technical time-out.
Indoors, the Spanish national sheet has six positions, five sets, substitutions and the libero.
The FIVB and CEV sheet adds technical time-outs at eight and sixteen.
The under-twelve sheets play four against four… and the simplest one just keeps the score.
Match day! With a PRO rulebook, every match has its acta.
On the referee's phone, both captains read the sheet and sign before the first serve.
Then every rally is one tap.
A time-out… a delay warning… the technical time-out at twenty-one…
and each one lands in the right box of the official sheet.
No signal? The points stay on the phone until it's back.
After the last point, the captains, the scorer and both referees sign, in that order.
The first referee signs last and closes the acta.
Out comes the official sheet, as a PDF.
For organizers: in your tournament's Actas board, switch the acta digital on, and pick the form, per tournament, phase or league.
Every closed acta lands in the archive: search by player, team or referee, and download one… or a whole ZIP.

Wat er in het archief terechtkomt
Section titled “Wat er in het archief terechtkomt”Klik in de zijbalk op Actas. An acta appears here the moment a referee closes it — uit elke competitie en elk toernooi dat je bond organiseert. Elke rij toont:
- de twee teams;
- het actanummer, de fase, het veld en de spelers;
- het evenement, de categorie, de organisator en de locatie;
- de datum en de scheidsrechter (Ref.);
- de regel van het zegel (hieronder) en eventuele ampliaciones — aanvullingen die na het ondertekenen van het wedstrijdformulier zijn gemaakt;
- een downloadknop.
Het archief laadt 50 wedstrijdformulieren tegelijk: Showing x of y loaded, daarna Load 50 more — tot The whole archive is loaded.
Een wedstrijdformulier vinden
Section titled “Een wedstrijdformulier vinden”- Search — Player, team, referee or acta number. Elk woord dat je typt, moet overeenkomen. Het menu naast het zoekvak beperkt de zoekopdracht tot Player, Referee (1e en 2e scheidsrechter, scorer en assistent-scorer), Team of Acta nr.; Any zoekt ook in de naam van het evenement, de locatie, het veld en de organisator.
- Date — Any date, This month, Last 3 months, This year of Custom range…. Er wordt gefilterd op de dag waarop het wedstrijdformulier is afgesloten.
- Event — All events, of één enkel toernooi of één competitie.
- Clear filters zet alles terug; Refresh laadt het archief opnieuw.
Het zegel controleren
Section titled “Het zegel controleren”Als een scheidsrechter een wedstrijdformulier afsluit, verzegelt de server het: hij legt een vingerafdruk (hash) vast van het ondertekende formulier. Het archief controleert die vingerafdruk opnieuw voor je — vanzelf voor de eerste 50 rijen, met een klik voor de andere (Seal not checked yet · check now).

Downloaden
Section titled “Downloaden”Eén wedstrijdformulier: klik op Download acta in de rij. De pdf wordt opnieuw opgebouwd uit het wedstrijdformulier zoals het werd vastgelegd toen de scheidsrechter het afsloot, zodat hij overeenkomt met het ondertekende formulier. The download includes every ampliación after the original sheet. Een wedstrijdformulier dat niet door de zegelcontrole komt, krijgt een band NO VERIFICADA.
Meerdere wedstrijdformulieren als ZIP:
- Vink de rijen aan die je wilt — of filter eerst de lijst en klik op Select all loaded.
- Klik op Download n actas (ZIP).
- De ZIP bevat één map per evenement en één pdf per wedstrijdformulier. Clear selection begint opnieuw.
Probleemoplossing
- “No closed actas yet”. Nog geen enkele scheidsrechter heeft een wedstrijdformulier afgesloten in je competities. Een wedstrijdformulier dat nog open is, volg je vanuit de speeldag in de Competition Manager.
- “Only for the federation’s staff”. Het archief is alleen open voor de staf van je bond. Vraag je hoofdbeheerder je te laten toevoegen.
- “No acta matches these filters.” Wis de filters, of klik op Search the rest of the archive — het wedstrijdformulier is misschien nog niet geladen.
- “x of y actas could not be built and were left out.” Download de ontbrekende één voor één vanuit hun rij.
