Bondsinstellingen
Wat je bereikt: je bond gepresenteerd zoals jij dat wilt in de Volley World-app, en je Stripe-account gekoppeld zodat teams hun inschrijving online kunnen betalen.
Vereisten: je bent de hoofdbeheerder van je bond — de persoon die de bond heeft aangemaakt. Andere staf kan Settings openen, maar niet wijzigen.
Klik in de zijbalk op Settings. Er staan drie kaarten: Federation name, Online payment en Bug report.
De openbare gegevens van je bond
Section titled “De openbare gegevens van je bond”This info is visible to everyone in the Volley World App.
- Klik op Federation name (Configure basic information).
- Bewerk wat je nodig hebt:
- Federation alias — The name everyone sees in the Volley World App. Verplicht, en uniek per land.
- Description — tot 2.000 tekens.
- Which sports does your federation govern? — Indoor Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis, Footvolley, Table Volleyball, Grass Volleyball.
- Images — het Federation logo (een vierkante PNG of JPG, minstens 200×200 px) en een Promotional banner.
- Klik op Save. De afbeeldingen worden geüpload bij het opslaan: Changes saved.
Stripe koppelen
Section titled “Stripe koppelen”Online payment — Connect Stripe to take card payments for competitions and licences. Betalingen gaan naar het eigen Stripe-account van je bond; Stripe betaalt ze uit op je bankrekening.

Connect Stripe in five minutes? You can… if you don't rush. Stripe has to know exactly who your club is, and it checks every detail. One mistake, and your account stays on "pending". So let's get it right from the start.
First things first: create your Stripe account from here, with the "Connect to Stripe" button in Volley World. Not on Stripe's website or app: an account opened on your own is not linked to your club. And before you click, put three things on the table.
One: your club's official document, the registry extract or the statutes, showing name, address and registration number. Two: the club's tax ID. Three: the IBAN of the club's bank account. And your ID card or passport, the one of the person filling in the form. Club in another country? Stripe supports it too, and tells you during onboarding exactly which documents your country needs.
Stripe's first question: what type of business are you? Four doors. Independent coach: that's you, with your personal details and your own bank account. Private company: the company, plus everyone who owns more than twenty-five percent. Federation: a non-profit organisation. And the most frequent case, a sports club or association: also "non-profit". Never "individual" with the president's details: Stripe spots it, and the account stays on pending.
Now, the details. The legal name, exactly as in the registry: "Volleyball Club Marina", not "VC Marina". The registered address, not the sports hall's. The club's tax ID. Your website or Instagram profile, showing the club's name and what members pay for. And a clear description: "volleyball membership fees and trainings". Then your board: name, date of birth, address and role of every member, as in the registry. In Europe, everything is checked before the first payment. There is no "I'll fill it in later".
Your identity: full name as on your ID. If Stripe can't match you automatically, it asks for a quick selfie, or two documents: your ID, both sides, and a recent bill with your home address. Photos in colour, not cropped, no screenshots. And the IBAN: in the club's name. Never the president's or the treasurer's account.
One last tip: "Save for later" brings you back to Volley World… but you're not done. Reopen the link until all five steps are green. And if Stripe asks for anything else, you'll see it right here, on your status card. Papers at hand, no rush, and in ten minutes your club gets paid online. Let's go!

- Klik op Online payment. Klik in Stripe Connect setup op Connect to Stripe. De eigen onboarding van Stripe opent.
- Vul het formulier van Stripe in — identiteit, gegevens van de bond, bankrekening — en kom terug.
- Klik op Refresh status. De voortgangsbalk doorloopt vijf stappen naarmate Stripe ze bevestigt: Account created, Details submitted, Verification, Payments enabled, Payouts enabled. Ben je halverwege gestopt, dan brengt Continue setup on Stripe je terug.
- Als alles klaar is, zie je Your Stripe account is fully active! — Open Stripe dashboard brengt je naar Stripe.

Andere staf ziet een hangslot op de kaart: Only the federation’s head admin can connect the Stripe account.
Een bug melden
Section titled “Een bug melden”Bug report (Report a bug or issue with the app) opent het formulier voor bugmeldingen in een nieuw tabblad, met de naam van je bond al ingevuld.
Wat nu
Section titled “Wat nu”- Bondskalender — voeg een toernooi met betaalde inschrijving toe.
- Hoe betalingen werken — wat er met een betaling op Volley World gebeurt.
Probleemoplossing
- De velden zijn grijs. Je bent niet de hoofdbeheerder. Vraag hem of haar de wijziging te doen.
- “Already taken” naast de alias. Een andere bond in je land gebruikt die naam al. Kies een variant.
- “Could not save your changes.” Controleer je verbinding en klik opnieuw op Save.
- Ik ben klaar bij Stripe, maar de stappen zijn niet afgerond. Stripe bevestigt met vertraging. Klik na een moment opnieuw op Refresh status; de pagina toont wanneer de status voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.
