Club tiers & limits
Every club is on one of three plans — Free, Community or Club PRO — and the plan sets the limits your club operates within. You can start on Free and upgrade whenever you outgrow it. For exact numbers, see pricing & limits.
What the tiers control
Section titled “What the tiers control”- Members — how many accepted members your club can hold (500 on Free, 1,000 on Community, unlimited on Club PRO). Bulk-accepting members stops once you hit the cap.
- Admin accounts — how many people can hold a staff role (3 / 6 / 12).
- Levels — how many skill levels you can define (3 / 5 / 25).
- Notifications & marketing emails — monthly allowances for push notifications and email campaigns.
- Payment fee — the percentage taken per transaction (3% / 2.5% / 2%), plus a fixed €0.25.
- Tournament teams — up to 16 per tournament on Free; unlimited on Community and Club PRO.
- Merch store — selling merchandise is enabled on Community and Club PRO.
PRO-only features
Section titled “PRO-only features”Some features are exclusive to Club PRO, including the branded welcome email and the Secretary role.
When you reach a limit
Section titled “When you reach a limit”Limits are enforced as you work: creating a level past your cap, or accepting members beyond your member limit, prompts an upgrade. The dialog compares the tiers so you can see what the next plan unlocks.
Extra tournament credits
Section titled “Extra tournament credits”Free and Community clubs that need more than their plan allows for a one-off event can buy a tournament/camp credit pack (€50 for 5 credits). Club PRO already includes unlimited tournament and camp credits.
