Enroll members
Role requiredStaff: Member data
Opening the invite link: your club's logo and name, with Create a new account and Sign in.
Your onboarding form as the member fills it in. Answers mapped to member-data fields land in their file when you approve them.
What you’ll achieve: members join your club — either by opening an invite link and filling in your onboarding form, or added directly by you.
Prerequisites: a created club. For the smoothest join experience, set up your onboarding form first.
Option A — invite link
Section titled “Option A — invite link”- On the Dashboard, find the Share Club Links row and tap Onboarding Invite — the link is copied (Link copied to clipboard).
- Send that link to your members by message, email, or behind a QR you generate yourself.
- When they open it, they land on your club’s onboarding form; once submitted they appear under member requests to approve.
Copy the Onboarding Invite link and share it.
Opens the link, completes your onboarding form, and waits for approval.
What the member sees
Section titled “What the member sees”The link opens on your club’s own branding, not a generic app screen — the member creates an account (or signs in), then lands straight on your onboarding form.
Option B — add a member manually
Section titled “Option B — add a member manually”- Open the add-member flow and fill in Name, Last name and Email (all required), plus optional Gender, Phone number and Birthdate (DD/MM/YYYY).
- Save. If no account exists for that email, choose Create User (creates an account) or Only member file (a file with no login).
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting””This member already exists”
An email can only be enrolled once per club. Search your existing members for that address instead of adding a duplicate.
The birthdate is rejected
Birthdates can’t be in the future, and an age over 150 is refused. Check the day/month/year order (DD/MM/YYYY).
