That's Volley World: one solution, built from the ground up for volleyball, that adapts to your club. And getting started is easy: you only tell us three things. One: how your club works and what matters to you. Two: who may join each training: a fixed group you choose, or anyone at a playing level. And three: your schedule. Our Volley World App AI does the rest. A club where everyone pays one monthly fee? Done. Memberships, class packs and single tickets, with closed groups and open sessions by level? Also done. Pay per session, no fixed groups? Just as easy. Trainings, payments, members, competitions and your club's web page: all in one place. You check it, change what you like and tap "Set up my club". Creating your club is completely free, so you can try out your new app and customise it with no commitment.
And you're not on your own. Personal contact matters most to us: you get direct support from an expert whenever you need it. As soon as your club is set up, our onboarding team gets in touch to tailor the app to exactly what you need. However your club works, Volley World adapts to it.

How getting started works
Section titled “How getting started works”Setting up a club takes minutes, not an afternoon. You don’t need to know the app in advance — Club Manager guides you, and every answer can be changed later.
- Tell us who you are. A club, a tournament organizer or a federation; your sports, your country and what you focus on — adult trainings, youth or tournaments.
- Create your club. A name, plus your website or a few lines about the club. While the Volley World Robot reads it, a short tour shows you what’s possible.
- Answer three questions. How your members pay, what your weekly schedule looks like, and who may join each training. The robot proposes answers from what it found; you keep them, change them or leave a step for later.
- Follow your roadmap. Your club is set up. The dashboard shows what’s left, in order — for example connecting Stripe for online payments and inviting your members.
