Launch your club in an afternoon
What you’ll achieve: by the end of this guide your club is live in Club Manager — able to take online payments, accept members through an invite link, run a recurring training, and sell its first membership. Set aside an afternoon.
Before you start: you’ll need an email address and, for online payments (step 3), the details Stripe asks of a business or sole trader (ID, IBAN). Steps 8 and 9 use features included with the Club PRO plan.
1. Create your account & club
Section titled “1. Create your account & club”Club creation is the second half of sign-up — a short, one-screen form headed Create your club.
- Enter a Club Name. The platform checks availability as you type and shows a green check when the name is free in your country.
- Start typing your Club main address: and pick your address from the suggestions.
- Add your Phone number (choose the country prefix first).
- (Optional) upload a square Club logo.
- Under What sport types do you offer? tap at least one: Indoor Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis, Footvolley, Table Volleyball or Grass Volleyball.
- Tap Confirm.

2. Pick a plan
Section titled “2. Pick a plan”On the Pricing Plans screen you’ll see three tiers — FREE, COMMUNITY and CLUB PRO.
- Switch Monthly / Yearly to compare prices (yearly shows the reduced per-month rate).
- To start free, tap Free Plan — no payment, up to 500 members. To unlock more, tap Subscribe on Community or Club PRO and complete Stripe checkout.

3. Connect Stripe
Section titled “3. Connect Stripe”Online payments run through Stripe Connect. This step is admin-only.
- Open Settings and tap the Online Payment tile.
- On Stripe Connect Setup, tap Connect to Stripe and complete Stripe’s hosted onboarding form in the new tab.
- Back in the app, tap Refresh Status. The five-step tracker — Account Created, Details Submitted, Verification, Payments Enabled, Payouts Enabled — turns green as Stripe confirms each stage.

4. Configure levels & roles
Section titled “4. Configure levels & roles”Levels describe the skill tiers in your club; roles decide what each staff member can do.
- In Settings → Levels, open Club Levels and give each level a Name, an Abbr (max 2) and an optional Description, then Save. (The number of levels depends on your plan: Free 3, Community 5, Club PRO 25.)
- To grant staff access, open a member’s file, go to the Roles tab, choose a role — Member, Coach, Secretary or Administrator — set the permissions, and Save.

5. Build your onboarding form
Section titled “5. Build your onboarding form”The onboarding form is what new members fill in when they join through your invite link. Only one can be active at a time.
- Open Forms and click + Add Form, then choose Onboarding Form and confirm with OK.
- On the Configurations tab, give the form a title and description.
- On the Questions tab, click + Add Question for each field. Pick the question type, and — importantly — map the answer to a member-data field (First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, Birthday…). That mapping is what lets the platform copy answers straight into the member’s file when you accept them.
- Save.

6. Invite members & approve requests
Section titled “6. Invite members & approve requests”New members join through a shareable invite link; you then approve their requests.
- On the Dashboard, in the Share Club Links row, tap Onboarding Invite to copy the link, then share it with your members.
- As requests arrive, open Member Requests, select the pending rows, and tap Accept Members.
- Confirm in the Confirm membership dialog by tapping Accept. Answers from the onboarding form are copied into each member’s file automatically.
Copies the Onboarding Invite link, then accepts pending rows in Member Requests.
Opens the link, lands on your club’s onboarding form, fills it in, and appears in your requests list as Completed.

- Set the Location, Start / End times, Max Athletes and price, then tap Publish.
