What you’ll achieve: a pool of registered officials the app can auto-assign when you create matches.
Prerequisites: register officials before choosing the Officials pool referee mode when creating matches.
- Open the officials list and click Add Official.
- Search by name, email or member number to pick a club member, then click Add (or Create New Club Member).
- (Optional) add tags to an official — R1 Certified, R2 Certified, Scorer, Line Judge, Head Referee or Trainee.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting””No officials registered” when creating matches
The Officials pool referee mode needs at least one registered official. Add officials here first, or choose a team-based referee mode instead.
”This member is already an official”
That person is already in the pool — no need to add them again.
