Volley World has three club plans. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. You can start on Free and upgrade at any time.

Launch promotion: the lower Community and Club PRO prices currently displayed (€14.99 and €39.99 per month, or €12 and €35 per month billed yearly) are a launch promotion valid until 31.10.2026. After that date the regular prices apply: €29.99 (Community) and €59.99 (Club PRO) per month, or €24 and €52 per month billed yearly.

Community and Club PRO include tournaments of up to 256 teams. Tournaments with more than 64 teams are activated for your club by the Volley World team, on request, to protect platform stability — contact us before you open registration for an event that size.
Payment costs
Section titled “Payment costs”Every rate below is the one total cost to the club per payment, payment processing included.
- Per payment — Club PRO 2% + €0.25 · Community 2.5% + €0.25 · Free 3% + €0.25. This applies to standard EEA cards, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Premium, corporate and non-EEA cards cost more — up to about 1.3 points more, at the card network’s rate.
- Subscriptions paid by direct debit (SEPA) — 0.2 points less: Club PRO 1.8% + €0.25 · Community 2.3% + €0.25 · Free 2.8% + €0.25. Direct debit is the recommended method for memberships. The club pays €3.50 for a returned debit and €15 for a debit the member reverses through their bank (possible within 8 weeks).
- Recurring billing — subscriptions, whatever the payment method, additionally cost 0.7% of the billed amount, charged once a month on the club’s Stripe balance (not per payment).
- Refunds — the processing cost of the original payment is not returned.

Tournament / camp credit pack
Section titled “Tournament / camp credit pack”Free and Community clubs can buy a one-time credit pack for larger or extra events:
- €50 → +5 tournament/camp credits.
- Available to Free and Community clubs. Club PRO already includes unlimited tournament and camp credits.
Federations
Section titled “Federations”Federation accounts in the Federation app are not on the club plans above: Volley World builds a product customized to each federation, and its price is agreed together with you.
- Try the standard product, at no cost. Sign up in the Federation app and start using it right away.
- Book a free 30-minute call. From the card on your console Dashboard, book a call with our team. We get to know your federation and agree your customizations — modules, rules and integrations — and the price.
- Receive your federation’s product. We set Volley World up for your federation as agreed in the call.
- Unlimited means there is no hard cap enforced by the plan.
- The robot that writes your welcome email can write up to 10 drafts per club per day; the count starts again the next day.
- Push notifications reset every Monday at 00:00 and marketing e-mails every day at 00:00 (Madrid time). Past the allowance you can buy push credits in Club Manager; they stay valid for 12 months after your latest purchase. Notifications and e-mails can only be sent to your own club’s members.
- Payment costs are deducted automatically from each payment; payouts to your bank are handled by Stripe. See how payments work.
- These figures are the platform’s entitlements. In-app screens may occasionally phrase a limit differently; this page reflects the source-of-truth configuration.
