Memberships
What you’ll achieve: an active membership at your club, billed automatically on its schedule.
Prerequisites: you must be (or become) a member of the club, and the club must have Stripe set up.
- Open Subscriptions & Fees and, under Choose your Plan, tap the membership you want. Tap See details for the full terms.
- (Parent accounts) choose Who is this for? — Me or Child — and Confirm.
- Follow the Sign up steps tracker:
- Become club member — if you’re not one yet, complete your member file. Your request may need club acceptance.
- Confirmation — wait for the club to accept, if required.
- Purchase license — only if the membership requires a licence.
- Tap the final First subscription payment step. You’ll see We are redirecting you to our payment service… and Stripe checkout opens in your browser.
- Pay with your card. Once payment is confirmed, the step turns to Finished and your membership is active.
Troubleshooting

Your club hasn’t finished connecting Stripe, so it can’t take payments yet. Ask your club to connect Stripe.
”You are already subscribed to this product”
You already hold this membership. Check My subscriptions — you don’t need to buy it again.
The plan is sold out
Some memberships have limited places. You may be able to join a waitlist, or the card shows it’s not available.
