Roles & permissions

Role requiredAdministrator

What you’ll achieve: each staff member can do exactly what their job needs — no more, no less — and your dashboard shows the widgets relevant to them.

Prerequisites: the person must already be a member of your club. Roles are set from a member’s file, not from a global list.

  • Member — no admin access (the default).
  • Coach — group and training-focused access. Free and Community clubs can have one coach.
  • Secretary — administrative access; Club PRO only, one per club.
  • Administrator — full access. There is exactly one, and only the current admin can hold it.

The number of organizers you can appoint depends on your plan (Free 3, Community 6, Club PRO tier limit).

  1. Open the member’s file and go to the Roles tab.
  2. Expand Rol and pick the role — Member, Coach, Secretary or Administrator.
  3. For any non-Member role, expand Permisos and set the matrix: each feature has View and Edit. Turning View off clears Edit; turning Edit on sets View. The two top checkboxes toggle a whole column.
  4. (Optional) pick the 1–3 mobile dashboard widgets the person sees.
  5. Tap Save. You’ll see User Role Updated.
Secretary is greyed out with an “Upgrade” badge

The Secretary role requires Club PRO, and a club can have only one. Upgrade the plan, or use Coach on Free/Community.

I can’t change my own role

The admin can’t change their own role (You are the admin and cannot change your own role). You can still edit your own dashboard widgets. To hand over the club, the current admin assigns the Administrator role to someone else.
