Connect Stripe

What you’ll achieve: your club can accept online payments — for memberships, events, session packs and more — with money paid out to your bank account by Stripe.

Prerequisites: you must be an admin. Have the details Stripe asks of a business or sole trader ready: identity document, business info and an IBAN for payouts.

  1. Open Settings and tap the Online Payment tile.
  2. On the Stripe Connect Setup screen, tap Connect to Stripe. Stripe’s hosted onboarding opens in a new tab.
  3. Complete Stripe’s form (identity, business details, bank account) and return to Club Manager.
  4. Tap Refresh Status. The tracker advances through five stages as Stripe confirms them: Account Created, Details Submitted, Verification, Payments Enabled, Payouts Enabled.
  5. When everything is green you’ll see Your Stripe account is fully active! From here Open Stripe Dashboard takes you to Stripe, and Back to Settings returns you to the club.
The tile says “Access denied”

Only an admin can connect Stripe. If you’re not the account owner, ask them to complete this step. The payment tile is disabled for non-admins.

An orange “Action Required” card appears

Stripe needs more information. Tap Resolve on Stripe Dashboard, complete what Stripe asks, then come back and tap Refresh Status.

I finished on Stripe but the steps aren’t green

The status updates from Stripe’s webhooks. Give it a moment and tap Refresh Status again; the “Last updated” line shows when it last synced.
