What you’ll achieve: the licence your club asks for, paid and attached to your membership.
What a licence is
Section titled “What a licence is”A licence is a one-off payment your club sells you — you pay it once, not every month. Clubs use licences for the things you have to settle before you’re allowed to play:
- a federation licence,
- an inscription or joining fee,
- an insurance the club requires,
- or any other one-time fee the club needs to cover.
Some clubs require a licence before you can even be a member; others only require one for certain events or competitions. Your club decides which licences exist, what they cost, and what they’re needed for — if you’re not sure why one is being asked of you, ask your club.
A licence is not a membership (which is billed on a schedule) and not a session pack (which is a bundle of training credits).
Buy a licence
Section titled “Buy a licence”Prerequisites: buying a licence goes through club membership — the purchase is gated behind becoming a member, and behind a form if the licence needs one.
- Open Subscriptions & Fees and find the Federation & Entry Fees section. Tap See more on the licence you need.
- Work through the Sign up steps the screen shows you:
- Become club member — if you’re not one yet, complete your member file (and its form, if the club asks for one).
- Confirmation — wait for the club to confirm your data, where that’s required.
- Purchase license — tap this step to pay.
- You’ll see We are redirecting you to our payment service… and Stripe opens securely in your browser. Pay with your card.
- Once the payment goes through, the step turns to Finished and the licence is yours.
Where to see the licences you hold
Section titled “Where to see the licences you hold”Your purchases live in My orders — open the drawer and tap it. A paid licence appears there with its price and date, which is also your proof of payment.
The licence itself is attached to your member profile at that club, so your club sees it on their side too: you don’t have to send them anything to prove you’ve paid.

The earlier steps have to be done first. If Become club member or Confirmation is still open, the payment step stays locked until your club has your member data.
”Organizer needs to confirm Stripe Account”
Your club hasn’t finished connecting its payment account yet, so it can’t take the payment. Ask your club to finish setting up.
