Licences

Role requiredStaff: Sales

What you’ll achieve: a licence (or one-time entry fee) members can buy, optionally tied to a form and an expiry date.

Prerequisites: the Sales / Licences permission and a working Stripe connection.

A licence is a one-off payment your club sells — a federation licence, an inscription fee, an insurance, or any other one-time fee a member has to settle before playing. Unlike a subscription, it isn’t billed on a schedule.

  1. Open the Federation/Club Licenses screen and tap + Licence Type (or + Create Your First Licence).
  2. Set the In Store / Unlisted availability.
  3. Fill in the License Name and Description, and optionally a banner.
  4. Set the Unit Amount and Currency.
  5. (Optional) set an End of License Date and choose Required Forms members must complete.
  6. Tap Save.

Tap a licence product to see who holds it, export the list, or Add Licence Manually — search for a member, set the price, and add it (recorded as a manual payment).
