Choose a plan

What you’ll achieve: your club is on the plan that matches its size, with the right member, notification and payment limits.

Prerequisites: a created club and a signed-in account.

The three plans

On the Pricing Plans screen you’ll compare three tiers:

  • FREE — free forever, up to 500 members, 3 admin accounts, 3% + €0.25 per transaction, no merch sales. Not a subscription — you activate it with the Free Plan button.
  • COMMUNITY — for small/medium communities: up to 1000 members, 6 admin accounts, 2.5% + €0.25 per transaction, merch store enabled.
  • CLUB PRO — for professional clubs: unlimited members, 12 admin accounts, 2% + €0.25 per transaction, plus PRO-only features like the welcome email.

Steps

  1. Toggle Monthly / Yearly to compare. Yearly shows a reduced per-month price (the full price is struck through).
  2. Review the three cards and their bullet lists.
  3. Choose:
    • Free — tap Free Plan. No payment; you’re in.
    • Community or Club PRO — tap Subscribe and complete checkout in the Stripe page that opens.

Troubleshooting

The banner says my plan expired or I’m over the limit

If your club has more members than your plan allows, the screen shows how many members you have versus your limit. Pick a higher plan to keep everything active.

Nothing happens when I tap Free Plan

Free isn’t a purchase — the button just activates the free tier. If you were sent here because your club outgrew Free, choose Community or Club PRO instead.
