What you’ll achieve: an overview of the coaching and staff tools available to you on your phone.
The Volley World app is role-adaptive. Once an admin gives you a staff role, the switcher at the top of your home screen changes: instead of the players’ Player / Host / Club, you get Board, Admin and (if you represent a club) Club. Staff open on Board by default.
What coaches can do from mobile
Section titled “What coaches can do from mobile”- Board — your staff dashboard: tiles for hosted events, member requests, forms, training packages, payments and more.
- Admin — the club-management tools, subject to your permissions.
- Manage members — review member requests, browse members by level, and open a member’s file.
- Level administration — change or assign a player’s verified level, add coach notes, and see their level history. See Volley World App Level.
- Manage groups — run your training groups, with a group space for members, a forum, documents and events.
- Roles — where permitted, assign roles to members.
Most of these mirror the web Club Manager; the coach’s day-to-day (groups, levels, attendance) works from the phone.
Getting your access
Section titled “Getting your access”Coaching tools appear only after a club administrator gives you a role and the matching permissions. If you don’t see the Board / Admin switch, ask your club admin to set your role — see Roles & permissions.
