Book a training
What you’ll achieve: a confirmed spot in a training (or a place on its waitlist).
- Open your club calendar and tap the training you want. Each entry shows the coach, time and how many places are taken.
- Tap Participate at the bottom.
- If the event needs a form, level or membership, you’ll be prompted — complete what’s asked.
- You’ll get one of two results: the button becomes You are going, or — if the event is full — a You entered the waitlist! dialog confirms your place and the button shows Waitlist - Position # with your number.
- To cancel later, open the event and tap change.
Paying for your spot
Section titled “Paying for your spot”If the training costs money, You are going is followed by Pay now to confirm your spot — your place isn’t held until you pay. The screen shows the event date, what you’re buying (a Single Ticket, with the event’s level) and the price.
You then choose how to pay:
- Card / Apple or Google Pay — a secure Stripe checkout.
- Training Packages — spend a credit from a session pack you already own.
- Gift Voucher — redeem a voucher from your club.
Booking for your family
Section titled “Booking for your family”On a parent account with linked children, tapping a non-tournament event opens a Family Sign Up sheet: pick who’s coming, choose how each person pays (single ticket, session pack, gift voucher or free with a membership), and tap Confirm & Sign Up.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting””To join you need to be a club member”
The training is limited to members of a specific group or the club. Join the club or ask your coach to add you to the group.
I’m on the waitlist even though there are places left
The organizer may have made the event private, which sends every sign-up to the waitlist so they can confirm each participant by hand. You’ll be confirmed once they approve you.
My level isn’t allowed
Some events are restricted by level. If your Volley World level is outside the allowed range, you won’t be able to join — check with the organizer.
It’s asking me to pay
Paid events open a secure Stripe checkout. If online payment isn’t enabled, you’ll get an offline confirmation asking you to pay the organizer directly.
