One-time payment links

What you’ll achieve: a shareable link that collects a specific one-off payment — for a trip, a fine, kit, or anything else.

Prerequisites: the Reports / Payments edit permission, and a working Stripe connection.

Open in Club Manager

  1. Tap New one-time payment.
  2. Fill in the Title, an optional Description, the Amount, the Currency and a Responsible coach.
  3. (Optional) enable one of: guest payment (pay without an account, with a maximum number of payments), a Training package, payment conditions with a Due date, or Charge member groups to bill selected groups.
  4. Tap Create. Copy the share link (Open link / Done) and send it out.

What the payer sees

The link opens a public page at clubapp.volleyworldapp.com/p/<id> showing your club and the amount. A signed-in member taps Pay; a guest (if you allowed it) enters their name and email; a non-member paying by link is asked to join the club before checkout. On success they see Payment received.

Troubleshooting

Create is disabled

You need a title and an amount above 0. If you enabled a package it needs sessions and valid dates; if you enabled group billing it needs at least one group and one audience type.

”Only invited members can pay”

The link is restricted to specific members or groups, and the visitor isn’t in that audience. Enable guest payment, or send it to an included member.
