Manage subscribers
Role requiredStaff: Sales
What you’ll achieve: a clear view of who subscribes to each membership, and control to cancel when needed.
Prerequisites: the Sales / Subscriptions view permission, and at least one subscription product.
- Open Subscription and tap the product whose subscribers you want to see.
- The subscriber table shows an active-versus-total count. Use the search box, filter by All / Active / Canceled, or Export CSV.
- Tap a subscriber row to open their detail, with their Subscription History.
- To cancel, tick a subscription line and tap Cancel Subscription.
- In the dialog, choose Cancel Immediately or Cancel at Period End.
Troubleshooting

You tapped Cancel Subscription without selecting a line. Tick the subscription you want to cancel first.
Stripe says it’s already cancelled
If the subscription was cancelled directly in Stripe, the app offers Make Correction to bring your local records in line.
The detail sheet is in Spanish
The read-only subscription detail sheet currently shows Spanish labels regardless of your app language — that’s the current app UI.
