What you’ll achieve: a recurring training that appears on every date you choose, managed as one series.

Prerequisites: you’re creating a non-competition event — recurring dates aren’t available for tournaments.

Now, your schedule. Upload your weekly schedule just once. Players sign up in the app, or you sign them up from the app, even a whole group for all future dates. You set the maximum number of players; when it's full, the waitlist is automatic. And you decide until when people can sign up.

Steps

1. While creating a training, find the Select date row and tap it.
2. The Pick your event dates dialog opens. Tap each day the training should run on (swipe between months), then tap Save.
3. The earliest date becomes the event’s date; because you picked more than one, the event becomes a series. The date row then reads “…and N more events”.
4. Finish the event and Publish — one event is created per date, all linked as a series.

Editing a series

When you edit an event that’s part of a series, you’re asked which occurrences to change:

• Only this event — just this date.
• Only future events — this date onwards (past occurrences are untouched).
• All events in the series — every occurrence.

Troubleshooting

The multi-date picker didn’t appear

Recurring dates are only offered for trainings and camps. Competition events use a single date, and leagues use a start/end window instead.
