Open training: anyone can sign up until all spots are taken. And if someone drops out, the first person on the waitlist moves up by itself. No groups or levels to manage.

By level: every player has a club level. When a training is for one level, the app tells everyone else it's not their level, and they can join the waitlist. You create levels under Settings, Levels.

With a fixed group, the group's members get their spot. If someone else signs up, they land on the waitlist, and you decide whether to confirm them. You create groups under Members, Groups.
Visibility
Section titled “Visibility”In the event editor, the Visibility dropdown decides who sees the event in the public calendar — and, in one case, how sign-ups are approved:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Public | The event appears in the public event calendar — anyone can see it. |
| Private | Every reservation goes to the waitlist and must be confirmed by you manually — no matter what your other settings say. Use it when you want to approve each participant by hand. |
| Members only | The event only appears in the public calendar for your confirmed club members. |
| Unlisted | The event only appears in the public calendar for your staff. Everyone else can only join it through a special link you share. |
Exclusive group access
Section titled “Exclusive group access”For a non-competition event, expand Advanced Options and turn on Exclusive access for fix training/member groups. All sign-ups then go to the waitlist unless they come from the groups you allow.
- Turn on Exclusive access for fix training/member groups.
- Select one or more coaches — their groups appear as cards.
- On each group, tick Free access or Preferred access, and confirm the one-time prompt.
