The team list

The team matrix shows a “teams confirmed” count and, per team, its STATUS (with a payment chip: Paid online, Split payment or Manual / no online payment), ENTRY RANKING, CLUB, ENTRY POINTS (its seed) and both players. A toolbar lets you search, add a team, add dummy teams, and export a CSV.

Manage teams from your phone or a computer

You can manage teams from either device, and both stay in sync:

• On your phone — the Volley World app for tournament organizers.
• On a computer — the web Competition Manager (this bigger table view), opened from your competition link.

Use whichever fits the moment: the phone courtside, the wide table on a laptop when you’re setting up.

Common actions

1. Edit seeds — change a team’s ENTRY POINTS, then tap the save icon (Seeds saved).
2. Open a team — tap a row to edit its roster, change its Team Status (Inscription confirmed, Disqualified, Waitlisted or Deleted), open its form answers or team chat.
3. Refund — on a team’s payment card, tap Refund, choose Full refund or Partial refund, and Confirm.

Note

There’s no “mark as paid” action. A team that paid in cash or was added by you shows “No online payment recorded for this team” — that’s expected and it can still play.

Troubleshooting

”Cannot delete team”

A team can’t be set to Deleted once it’s in a group or has matches. Delete the groups and matches first, then delete the team. Deletion is irreversible.

My seed edits didn’t stick

Seed changes are batched — nothing saves until you tap the save icon. Make your edits, then save.
