Session packs
What you’ll achieve: a session pack (a bundle of training credits) you can use to pay for classes.
- Open Subscriptions & Fees and find the Training Packages section. Tap See more on a pack.
- Review the pack — its validity dates, price and what’s included.
- Tap Buy. (Parent accounts choose who it’s for first.)
- Payment opens securely in your browser via Stripe. When it’s done, you’ll see The discount package has been purchased successfully.
- Tap Finish, or Proceed with class payment if you started from an event.
Paying a class with your pack
Section titled “Paying a class with your pack”A pack isn’t spent when you buy it — it’s spent one credit at a time, at the moment you sign up for a class. So the answer to “how do my players actually use their pack?” is: they sign up for the class as usual, and choose Training Packages in the payment sheet.
- Open the training in the club calendar and tap Participate.
- Once you’re confirmed as going, the payment sheet appears — Pay now to confirm your spot.
- Tap Training Packages.
- Confirm on the Use Training Package dialog (You will pay the class with the training package: …).
The app always spends the soonest-expiring credit you own first, so nothing goes to waste.
Or let the coach activate it for the player
Section titled “Or let the coach activate it for the player”The player doesn’t have to do it themselves. A coach or organizer can spend the credit on their behalf — handy when someone turns up to class without having paid.
- Open the event and go to the Sign Ups list.
- Tap the player, then tap Paid.
- In Choose payment type, pick Training Packages. The subtitle tells you how many codes that player has available for this event’s date.
- Confirm. The credit is spent and the player is marked as paid.
Checking your pack
Section titled “Checking your pack”Open the pack from My orders to see how it’s going: Package Sessions shows its validity dates, how many credits you’ve used (for example 3 / 10 used), and one Session Code per credit — each spent code shows the class and the date it went to, and the rest sit there as Available.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting””I bought a training package but can’t use it for my class”
Check the date of the class against the pack’s validity window — that is almost always the cause.
A pack is only accepted for classes that fall inside its validity dates. The check is made against the class date, not against today’s date. And session codes are never switched off automatically when the window ends: they keep showing as Available in My orders forever, they simply stop matching classes outside the range.
That combination is what confuses people — the pack looks perfectly fine, but the payment option comes up empty.
Example. Ana buys a 10-session pack valid 1 March – 31 May and uses 6 credits. Four codes are still Available.
| Class date | Booked on | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 20 May | 15 May | ✅ Works — the class is inside the window |
| 20 May | 2 June | ✅ Works — only the class date is checked |
| 5 June | 3 June | ❌ You have no more available training package codes |
So on 5 June Ana still sees 4 Available codes in her pack, but the class is 5 days past the pack’s end date, and the app offers her 0 codes available. She hasn’t lost anything — those credits work again the moment she books a class dated on or before 31 May, or once a club admin extends the pack (below).
The Training Packages option isn’t shown at all
Either the event is not a training or friendly match (packs don’t cover tournaments, camps or community events), or the club doesn’t sell session packs yet.
The coach sees “0 codes available” but the player insists they have credits
Same cause as above — the count in Choose payment type is filtered by the event’s date, not by what the player owns in total. Open the player’s pack and compare its end date with the event date.
Extending a pack’s validity (club admins)
Section titled “Extending a pack’s validity (club admins)”Sometimes a pack should be honoured past its end date — a player was injured for a month, the club cancelled a block of classes, and so on. An admin can extend a single member’s pack without issuing a new one.
- In Club Manager, go to Sales → Session Pack and open the Package Overview card.
- Find the member’s pack in the list (packages are grouped by the month they were bought — use the month filter if it’s older).
- Click the pack to open Package Details. The header shows the pack at a glance: classes used, amount, payment method, and its Start and End dates.
- Click the pencil icon at the top right (tooltip: Change end date). The same pencil sits on every row of the Package Overview table, if you’d rather do it straight from the list.
- In the End Date dialog, pick the new date in the calendar and click Confirm.
The new date is written to the pack and to every one of its session codes at once, so the member can use their remaining credits for classes up to the new date straight away. Two things to know:
- The calendar opens on the pack’s current end date, so you can see what you’re changing. You can’t set a date earlier than the pack’s start date — Confirm stays disabled.
- This changes that one member’s pack only. It does not touch the product in the Package Store, so future buyers are unaffected.
