Split payment

For players. This page explains split payment for a two-person team — share it with participants.

What you’ll achieve: you register your team and pay only your half now; your partner pays theirs later.

How it works

Splitting is only offered when the event organizer has enabled it for that event — if you don’t see the option, that tournament isn’t set up for split payment, and you register the whole team instead.

When you register a team of two, at the partner step you can:

• Search for your partner by email and add them — you pay your half, and they get a request to complete and pay theirs.
• Continue with a basic seed and link your partner later, if you don’t have their details yet.

Until your partner completes their half, your team shows as a pending split to the organizer. Once both halves are paid, your team is fully registered.

Note

Adding your partner links the results to their account and gives your team a proper seed. Skipping gives you a basic seed you can improve by linking them later.
