What you’ll achieve: a tournament that’s live and open for sign-ups — with the right entry form, the right price, and (optionally) a rulebook and league attached.
Before you start: Stripe is only needed if you want teams to pay online. You can also collect entry fees outside the app. To use the full potential of the platform, connect Stripe first — but it’s recommended, not required. See Set the inscription price for both options.
The order matters: the form and the price should exist before you upload the event, so you can attach them as you create it.
Create the inscription form — a Competition Inscription Form with the questions teams answer when they register. (Skip it and the app attaches a basic first/last-name form for you.)
Set the inscription price — the entry fee. Only needed as an in-app price if teams pay online; otherwise mark it out-of-app (manual) or free.
Create the tournament — upload the event in Club Manager, attaching the form and price above. Running several tournaments on the same day? Upload one, then Copy as new to clone it.
Attach a rulebook(optional) — pick a federation standard or a custom rulebook of your own.
Link a league or ranking(optional) — run it as a multi-week league, or link it to a ranking so results carry across a season.
Share the sign-up link — turn on registrations and copy the tournament’s link from its event page, so players land there and sign up through your form.

Once sign-ups are open, move to Stage 2 · Tournament Preparations — manage teams, register referees, read form answers and pull registration reports while inscriptions are open.
