What you’ll achieve: a clean, well-understood field of teams by the time registration closes — everyone accounted for, officials lined up, and any data you need already in hand.

Where you are: the tournament is live and the sign-up link is out. This stage covers from the moment inscriptions open until you close them. Nothing here changes the bracket yet — that’s Stage 3.

While sign-ups are open

1. Manage registrations — the Teams list shows every registration with its STATUS (Inscription confirmed, Waitlisted, Disqualified, Deleted), payment state and ENTRY POINTS.
2. Split registration — track teams where one player has paid but their partner hasn’t finished their half yet.
3. Register referees — if you run an officials pool, add them now with Add Official and tag their roles (R1/R2 Certified, Scorer, Line Judge…).
4. Form answers & reports — read what teams submitted, and export CSV/ZIP reports: team roster, all answers, merchandise, or uploaded documents.

Don’t seed yet

You can edit entry points now, but the field keeps changing while sign-ups are open. Confirming seeds and marking non-playing teams belongs to Stage 3, right after you close inscriptions.
