Advance to Phase 1 (release to players)

Role requiredTournament organizer

What you’ll achieve: the tournament goes live for participants — players and referees can see their matches, courts and times.

Prerequisites: groups drawn, matches created, and courts assigned. Nothing you’ve built so far is visible to players until you do this.

Everything up to now has been private setup. Publishing Phase 1 is what releases it.

  1. In the event header, open the Published phase dropdown. It starts on Preparation.
  2. Choose Phase 1.
  3. Confirm the Change Published Phase dialog — “By changing the published phase, players will have access to the matches and details of this phase.”

Alternatively, right after you finish assigning courts you’ll be offered a Phase Ready prompt — “All courts have been assigned. Would you like to publish this phase? Players and referees will get access to matches and court assignments.” — with Publish & Continue. That does the same thing.

Phase 1 is live. Move to Stage 4 · On-site Management to run the games and enter scores. Later rounds are published the same way — by advancing the Published phase.
