Attendance
What you’ll achieve: every training of every team has a roll-call, and you can see each player’s attendance for the season in one table.
Prerequisites: the team exists with its roster, and its trainings are in the schedule — for example created from hall planning.
Take the roll-call
Section titled “Take the roll-call”The roll-call is made for the side of the court: one list, one tap per player.
- In the Volley World app, open the training — from the team, or from your coach schedule.
- Tap Roll-call. The list shows the whole roster, players who signed up for the session first.
- Tap each player’s status: Present, Late, Absent, Injured or Excused. Add a short note if it helps (for example ankle, back next week).
- Tap Save.
You can open the same roll-call from the training in Club Manager, and change it later — the last saved status counts.
Who can take it
Section titled “Who can take it”The coaches of the team and your club staff with access to member groups. Players and parents see their own attendance; they never see anyone else’s.
Attendance reports
Section titled “Attendance reports”- In Club Manager, open the team and go to Attendance.
- Pick a period — this month, the season, or your own dates.
- The table shows every player with their trainings, the count per status and their attendance percentage.
- Click a player to see their sessions one by one, across all their teams.
- Click Export CSV to download the season’s attendance for the team.
A player’s file also shows their attendance for the season, so it is at hand when you talk to a family or decide on next season’s team.
How it fits with sign-ups
Section titled “How it fits with sign-ups”Trainings that players book in the app keep working as before: the sign-up says who plans to come, the roll-call says who came. A player who signed up but is marked absent still counts as absent — and the no-show rules you set for your club’s bookings still apply.
