What you’ll achieve: your affiliated clubs, their players and their licences in three live registers — and any extra module your federation needs switched on.

Included, and on request

Everything you need to run competitions is there from day one: the calendar, leagues, tournaments, the referee pool, the actas archive and settings.

The three registers are live for your federation’s staff too. They show the clubs that are affiliated with your federation — and only those:

Register	What it shows
Player database	Every player your affiliated clubs have on a team this season: club, category, year of birth, licence status and number. Tap a player for their file — licence, medical certificate, documents and image consent.
Club database	Your affiliated clubs with their players and licences, the pending requests of clubs that want to affiliate, and a shortcut to each club’s players.
Player Licences	The season’s licences as five steps — data pending, documents complete, paid, submitted, active. Confirm a licence with its number and validity date, and download the list as CSV in the RFEVB, FCVB or generic layout.

How a club joins your registers

Affiliation has two sides, so no club’s data reaches a federation it has not chosen:

1. The club asks. In its Club Manager, the club sends an affiliation request to your federation.
2. You decide. The request appears under Pending requests in your Club database. Click Approve — or Reject, with an optional note for the club.
3. The registers fill. Once approved, the club appears in the Club database, and its players and licences appear in the Player database and Player Licences straight away.

Note

Until your first club is approved, the registers are simply empty — they fill as clubs join. Only the staff of your federation can open them.

Modules on request

Some modules are switched on per federation, on request, because federations work very differently — we set them up together with you. In the console they carry a padlock until they are unlocked.

Job trainings (in Schedule → Add)	Courses and trainings your federation organizes, on the calendar.

Ask for a module

1. Click a module with a padlock. Its page says Locked for this federation account — Please contact hola@volleyworldapp.com to unlock this feature.
2. Click the hola@volleyworldapp.com button. Your e-mail app opens with the module’s name as the subject.
3. Tell us which modules you need and a word about your federation: which competitions you run and roughly how many clubs and players you have.

Ask for several at once

List every module you need in one e-mail — no need to click each padlock.

What happens next

• We get back to you to agree what the module should cover for your federation. Its price is part of your federation’s product: pricing is agreed in your onboarding call, booked from the card on your Dashboard — see how federation pricing works.
• Once it is unlocked, the padlock disappears for everyone on your federation’s staff and the module opens in the console.
• Modules you never ask for simply stay locked.
