Courts & court rental
What you’ll achieve: every court your club uses on one weekly board — trainings, competitions, rentals and free time — with players booking and paying for free slots themselves.
Prerequisites: the Courts › Setup permission (Edit) to add locations and rental prices, Courts › Reservations (Edit) to block courts and confirm bookings, and, to take rental payments online, a working Stripe connection.
In this video: adding locations and splitting courts, opening hours, rental prices and rules, the weekly board, blocking a court, player bookings with shared payment, confirming reservations, and the summary.

Thursday, eight p.m. Who's on court two? The under-eighteens? A rental? Or nobody at all?
Let's fill your week, piece by piece.
In the Club Manager, open Courts, and add your locations: an indoor hall, or your outdoor courts from the map. Split a court into halves or thirds, to rent each part on its own. Then set the opening hours, day by day.
Now switch on rental: durations and prices, a member price, and extra for the lights. Members only? One switch. Bookings confirm automatically… or your staff confirms each one.
Then the board: your whole week, every location, one row per court. Trainings in green: pick the court in the training editor, and it's on the board.
Competitions in blue: a tournament or a league day reserves the whole venue, all day. Rentals in amber. And dashed: free, ready to rent.
Need a court for something else? Click Add: maintenance, a private event, coach or referee training. One court or the whole venue, every week if you like. Already taken? A clear warning shows what's there, and you decide. Tap anything to open it: the training, the competition, or the booking and its players.
And your players? In the Volley World app, or on the Courts website, for every sport you host. They pick a free time with its price, and pay only their own share. Then they send the link, and their friends pay theirs. All paid? Booked! Not paid in time? A reminder first… then the slot is released, and the paid shares are refunded.
If your staff confirms, every request waits in Reservations, with who has paid. Confirm it… or reject it with a reason, and the paid shares are refunded.
Summary shows how your week really went: occupancy per court, what it was used for, rental revenue including cash, and your peak hours.
An indoor hall? In Team slots, place your teams on the week, and generate their training series in one go.
Every court, every hour, one board. Fewer empty hours, more for your club. That easy!
