Indoor clubs

Role requiredClub owner

What you’ll achieve: a clear picture of how your indoor club’s whole season lives in one place — from the first training in September to the last league match in June.

An indoor club thinks in teams and seasons: a fixed squad per age category, two or three trainings a week in a sports hall, a league match at the weekend — home or away — and a season fee paid in instalments. Volley World is organised around exactly that rhythm. The Club Manager is where your staff plan it; the Volley World app is where coaches, players and parents live it.

Seasons

One active season per club — for example 2026/27, 1 September to 30 June. Teams, fees and licences all belong to a season, so next year starts clean.

Teams by category

A team is a member group with a category (Cadete, U16, M15…), a gender and a roster: shirt numbers, positions, captain, libero and staff.

Roll-call

Coaches tick present, late, absent, injured or excused from their phone. Attendance per player and per team builds up on its own.

Match days

Call-ups, availability answered by players or parents, carpools to away matches, home-match duties and a parents’ channel per team.

Licences & compliance

Every player’s licence walks one clear path, with medical certificates, documents and consents tracked — and a federation export in one click.

Season fees

One season plan with instalments, enrolment and kit fees, and a sibling discount — and a matrix that shows who has paid, per team or per family.

Hall planning

Share your hall slots between teams on a weekly grid; each team’s trainings are created from it, clash-free.

Leagues & scoresheet

Indoor rulebooks, home and away venues, rosters taken from your teams, referees, and the official digital scoresheet (acta) on a phone.

  1. Start the season. Your club has a season from day one; give it the right label and dates, and pick the federation whose age categories you play by. → Seasons & teams
  2. Build your teams. Create one team per category and gender, add the players and give them their shirt numbers and positions. The category of every player is worked out from the birth year.
  3. Plan the halls. Drop each team into its hall slots; the weekly trainings appear in the schedule. → Hall planning
  4. Set the season fee. One plan per season, split into instalments, assigned to teams or players. → Season fees
  5. Get everyone licensed. Players and parents complete their data, documents and consents in the app; you follow every licence to Active. → Licences & compliance
  6. Train. Coaches take the roll-call at every session. → Attendance
  7. Play. League fixtures become team matches; coaches call up the squad, parents answer and share lifts, the referee keeps the acta. → Match days · Indoor leagues & acta
