Who does thisFederation staff

What you’ll achieve: any signed match record of your competitions found in seconds, its seal checked, and the PDF — or a whole batch as a ZIP — on your computer.

Prerequisites: you are on your federation’s staff (see Staff & verification), and at least one acta has been closed in one of your competitions (Referees & digital scoresheet).

The digital scoresheet, form by formCC

Nineteen all, first set. The paper scoresheet is soaked, the pen has given up… and here comes the wind.

There's a better way.

Meet the acta digital: the official scoresheet, filled in by the app.

In the Competition Manager, open Actas.

Every competition is recorded on its federation's official form: seven for beach, thirteen for indoor.

They look alike… so let's play spot the difference!

The FIVB beach sheet: service order, a forty-four point ladder, the technical time-out.

The Balearic A2 adds a column for ball-mark checks… and a medical chart.

Its one-set version fits on one page.

The four-player version adds a coach.

And the Canary winter circuit? One set to twenty-one, no technical time-out.

Indoors, the Spanish national sheet has six positions, five sets, substitutions and the libero.

The FIVB and CEV sheet adds technical time-outs at eight and sixteen.

The under-twelve sheets play four against four… and the simplest one just keeps the score.

Match day! With a PRO rulebook, every match has its acta.

On the referee's phone, both captains read the sheet and sign before the first serve.

Then every rally is one tap.

A time-out… a delay warning… the technical time-out at twenty-one…

and each one lands in the right box of the official sheet.

No signal? The points stay on the phone until it's back.

After the last point, the captains, the scorer and both referees sign, in that order.

The first referee signs last and closes the acta.

Out comes the official sheet, as a PDF.

For organizers: in your tournament's Actas board, switch the acta digital on, and pick the form, per tournament, phase or league.

Every closed acta lands in the archive: search by player, team or referee, and download one… or a whole ZIP.

Your federation's form isn't listed? Send it to hola at volley world app dot com, and we'll build it.

No more soggy paper.

One tap per rally, the official sheet every time. That easy!

Click Actas in the sidebar. An acta appears here the moment a referee closes it — from every league and tournament your federation runs. Each row shows:

  • the two teams;
  • the acta number, phase, court and players;
  • the event, category, organizer and venue;
  • the date and the referee (Ref.);
  • the seal line (below) and any ampliaciones — additions made after the acta was signed;
  • a download button.

The archive loads 50 actas at a time: Showing x of y loaded, then Load 50 more — until The whole archive is loaded.

  • Search — Player, team, referee or acta number. Every word you type must match. The menu next to the box narrows the search to Player, Referee (1st and 2nd referee, scorer and assistant scorer), Team or Acta nr.; Any also searches the event name, venue, court and organizer.
  • Date — Any date, This month, Last 3 months, This year or Custom range…. It filters by the day the acta was closed.
  • Event — All events, or a single competition.
  • Clear filters resets everything; Refresh reloads the archive.

When a referee closes an acta, the server seals it: it records a fingerprint (hash) of the signed sheet. The archive checks that fingerprint again for you — by itself for the first 50 rows, on a click for the others (Seal not checked yet · check now).

Seal lineWhat it means
Sealed by the server · verifiedThe acta is exactly the sheet that was signed and closed.
Sealed · the result is not saved on the match yetThe acta is fine; the match has not picked up its result yet.
Sealed · the match shows a different result than the actaThe acta is intact, but the result saved on the match differs from it — for example after a correction by hand. Check which one is right.
Sealed by the server · does NOT match its sealThe acta was altered after sealing.
Not sealed by the server · its own hash checks outAn older acta without a server seal; its own fingerprint is intact.
Not sealed by the server · does NOT match its own hashDo not use it as the official record.
No hash to checkThe acta carries no fingerprint.
The seal could not be checked · try againA connection problem — click to check again.

How sealing, ampliaciones and sanctions work on the referee’s side is explained in Sanctions, sealing & offline scoring.

One acta: click Download acta on its row. The PDF is rebuilt from the acta as it was frozen when the referee closed it, so it matches the signed sheet. The download includes every ampliación after the original sheet. An acta that fails its seal check carries a NO VERIFICADA band.

Many actas as a ZIP:

  1. Tick the rows you want — or filter the list first and click Select all loaded.
  2. Click Download n actas (ZIP).
  3. The ZIP holds one folder per event and one PDF per acta. Clear selection starts over.
Troubleshooting
  • “No closed actas yet”. No referee has closed an acta in your competitions yet. An acta that is still open is followed from the playing day in the Competition Manager.
  • “Only for the federation’s staff”. The archive is open to your federation’s staff only. Ask your head admin to have you added.
  • “No acta matches these filters.” Clear the filters, or click Search the rest of the archive — the acta may not be loaded yet.
  • “x of y actas could not be built and were left out.” Download the missing ones one by one from their rows.
