Single tickets in three stepsCC

Charging per training? Three steps, and your club gets paid for every session. Let's go!

One: connect your bank account. In Settings, open Online payment and fill in Stripe's secure form. Once all five steps are green, you're ready to get paid!

Two: create your prices. In Sales, Single Tickets, add a new ticket: name, description and price. Save… and it's ready!

Three: upload your schedule. In Schedule, click Add and create your training. At the Price step, choose In-app payment and attach your ticket. Published!

Your players sign up in the Volley World app, or in your club's private web app. As soon as they get a spot, the app asks them to pay: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Training full? They join the waitlist… and pay once they get a spot. And the money goes straight to your account. That easy!

Use this model for open sessions: drop-in trainings, guests, players who come every now and then. Nobody needs a membership, and you’re paid for every spot that’s taken.

The two products work together:

Works forAny eventTrainings and friendly matches only
  1. Create the training, or open an existing one and tap Edit.
  2. At How do participants pay?, choose In-app payment (They pay online when signing up).
  3. Under Single Ticket, pick the ticket. The event takes its price and currency from the ticket — there’s no price field to fill in. If the list says No active tickets, create one and set it to In Store first.
  4. Finish the event and tap Publish.

You don’t attach a training package to the event. Any valid package the player holds can pay for any training or friendly match of your club.

When they tap Participate, the payment sheet offers:

  • Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — pays the ticket price through Stripe.
  • Training Packages — spends one credit, if they hold a package that is valid on the date of the session.
  • Gift Voucher — redeems a voucher from your club.

Want regular players to pay less per session without a package? Add a discount condition to the ticket for holders of a licence or subscription — see Single tickets.

In the event’s Sign Ups list you can add a player and choose the payment in Choose payment type: Training Packages, Gift Code, Online, Cash or Free Invitation. The count next to Training Packages is how many credits that player has that are valid for this session’s date.

If you don’t want online payments for a session, choose Pay at the club (Cash or transfer on site. You mark who paid.). You enter the amount yourself; nothing is charged in the app, and you mark in the sign-up list who has paid.

”No active tickets” in the editor

The ticket list only shows tickets set to In Store. Open Sales → Single Tickets, set the ticket to In Store, and reopen the event.

A player has credits but can’t use them

The credit is checked against the date of the session, not today. A package that ends before the session date doesn’t work for it. See session packs for players.

The Training Packages option is missing

Packages pay only for trainings and friendly matches — not tournaments, camps or community events.
